Sumner & Dene is honored to present New Year New Work featuring invited guest artist Emily Trovillion. Trovillion is a classic Pop Surrealist who creates works with elongated figures and dreamy, surreal settings. She says that much of her work is inspired by her dreams. The annual group show kicks off 2016 with gallery artists Angus Macpherson, Phil Hulebak, Frank McCulloch, Dee Sanchez, Bill Tondreau, Jeannie Sellmer, David Snow, Michael Norviel and Reg Loving. The show runs January 1-30, 2016.

The exhibition features a diverse selection of the newest hand-pulled prints by Shirley Levy, Elaine Soto, Mary Sundstrom, Jorge Tristani, Manuel Lau, Jessica Weybright and more! Palette will be continuing its Czech Glass show in January, featuring glass works by Vaclav Kuzelka of the Czech Republic. An independent glass maker, Kuzelka uses an interesting, difficult staining and cutting technique to get appealing color combinations in his glass.
